The Standard S 4, which was passed by the Institute for Public Accountants, gives guidelines to, among others, audits of prospectuses of publicly offered real estate, aeroplane leasing funds, film funds and ship funds. The Standard regulates the audit according to the following criteria:

  completeness, accuracy and clarity
  presentation of the chances and risks
  costs and financing of the investment
  long-term earnings and liquidity forecast
  effects of the termination of the capital investment.
